Hi, I’m Katia. My journey began on ice skates at age 2 and kept me active through sports and fitness. After high school, I started training to feel stronger — trying yoga, Pilates, boxing, and more. Falling in love with Pilates, I realized I wanted to make an impact by helping others find their strength and flow, both physically and mentally.
